Our choice for our all year wear collections is Peruvian Pima Cotton, another luxurious fibre found local to our artisans.
This cotton is the world’s finest, it is silky soft with a brilliant lustre that resembles silk. This is due to it’s extra long staple length of 1-3/8”. It is extremely durable, highly resistant to piling, plus it is hypoallergenic. Therefore making it an excellent choice for people with skin sensitivities.
'Harvested by hand'
Peruvian pima cotton is harvested entirely by hand, the careful hand harvesting of pima results in a brilliant white shade which takes beautifully to dyes and feels soft and smooth against the skin. Not only is harvesting by hand more environmentally sound, it’s better for the cotton itself.
