All items are true to size and listed as a guide only, they are based on average size measurements. Please order up a size if your child is above average.
Knits are stretchy and will fit longer than the suggested sizing. If in doubt, always size up!

DO YOU OFFER A GIFT WRAPPING SERVICE?
All of your orders are wrapped in tissue paper & sealed off with a Millésime Baby sticker. At checkout please indicate it is a gift, and we can write a message on our gift card as well.

This is so important!
All our clothes have care instruction labels to ensure they stay like new. With proper care, they will last a lifetime!

WHAT ARE THE POSTAGE & HANDLING OPTIONS?
FREE Satchel Post shipping will automatically apply to all orders over $250.00.
Postage is sent via 2 options
1. Express Post option via Australia Post.
Delivery time is next business day delivery, if available within the Express Post next day delivery network.
- Cost: $10.00 (up to 500g - if higher than 500g, postage will be automatically be calculated upon checkout)
2. Satchel Post option via Australia Post.
Delivery time is 2-6 business day delivery.
- Cost: $8.00 (up to 500g - if higher than 500g, postage will be automatically be calculated upon checkout)
FREE International shipping will automatically apply to all orders over $500.00.
Postage is sent via courier and local postage service provider. It is tracked and requires a signature upon receipt.
Delivery time is 6 plus business days.
- Cost $20.00 Worldwide (up to 500g – if higher than 500g, postage will be automatically be calculated upon checkout)
Compensation is for up to $50 with this option.
All duties & taxes are payable by the recipient.
DO YOU OFFER EXTRA COVER OR SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY?
Yes, we certainly do.
DOMESTIC - The option to purchase both extra cover & delivery on delivery are offered at checkout.
Extra Cover - This is offered to purchase at checkout. It will cover the specified value of your item if it's lost or damaged while being carried by Australia Post. It is available on your item's specified value up to $5,000.
Any purchases over the value of $500 must take out both extra cover and signature on delivery.
Signature on Delivery - This is offered to purchase at checkout. It captures the signature of the recipient when your item is delivered.
INTERNATIONAL - Please contact us prior to your purchase to get a quote.
HOW SOON ARE THE ITEMS SHIPPED?
Ready to ship items are shipped within 24-48 hours with public holidays and peak times taking up to 3 business days.
Please ensure your address and details are correct. Millésime Baby is not held responsible for any parcels that go missing by Australia Post (or International Postal services). All postage costs, international taxes and custom duties incurred are to be covered by the buyer.
We suggest taking out the extra cover and signature on delivery option, to avoid any disappointment. For those living in apartment blocks, it is strongly advised.

AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPORT DUTY & TAXES?
Yes. Shipments outside of Australia may be charged duties and import taxes. Please check with your local customs for estimated costs and charges.
Millésime Baby is not liable for any items with unpaid duties & taxes, they will not be returned to but held by your local customs.
No parcels can be marked as 'gift' or have the value marked as zero.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUNDS/ RETURNS POLICY?
If the item is faulty in any way or you have received the wrong item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the item to resolve the issue. All return shippings costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless it is a result of our error.
Colours appearance may have a slight variance due to monitors or lighting and this is not deemed to be faulty.
We have a no return or exchange policy on all sale items and International sales.

WHAT ARE PRE - ORDER BUYING OPTIONS?
We give an estimated arrival time for the pre-order of goods. Please read this carefully before buying and also take into account the time delay, when selecting your size.
We can not however avoid any supplier or custom delays if they do occur. We will update you via email of any delays, should they occur. As soon as the items arrive, they will be shipped out to you with notification.
If you have ordered other pieces within the same order, they will be shipped once all items are available, unless you have organised additional shipments with us.
Please take care with the use all clothing products and accessories around children. Do not leave the child unsupervised or sleeping with a product on or within reach.
